What is the Candidate Hall of Fame?

Hold a minimum of 2 Goal Planning Meetings with your LLS Staff Partner prior to January 6th

Conduct first Team Meeting with LLS Staff in attendance prior to January 6th

Register a minimum of 10 multi-generational team members prior to January 6th

• Complete letter writing materials by Dec 6th at 5:00 PM

  • Email your (1) letter in a Word Document format to your LLS Staff partner. REMINDER: One letter to be shared between co-candidates.

  • Completed Contact Tracker in Google Drive folder. (Contact Tracker must have at least 300 addresses from candidates only to qualify). LLS Staff will download your Contact Tracker on 12/6 @5PM.

• Send your first email blast with a link to your personal fundraising page on the day of kickoff, January 6th.

  • EMAILS MUST BE SENT BEFORE 4:00 PM ON JANUARY 6th TO QUALIFY

  • Send to at least 100 contacts and copy info@soyatl.com

• Schedule at least 1 sponsorship or program ad meeting and invite LLS staff before kickoff on January 6th.

  • ​If the meeting has been scheduled, you will qualify. It can be scheduled for after January 6th if needed...as long as it's on the calendar.
